The CMake help text for the variable BUILD_SHARED_LIBS is:

BUILD_SHARED_LIBS: Build Verdict with shared libraries.

Is Verdict the only thing that gets changed by this? If not, should
the text be changed to

Build VTK as shared libraries.

or similar?
