I have played with full screen stuff over the years (but not in conjunction
with VTK windows).... and I agree with Sean. It's been a bumpy road, and not
well supported in a consistent manner over the years on the Cocoa side. I
look forward to "what's new" as well, but don't have a good suggestion for
existing previous releases of Mac OSX.
