Summary:                    vtkOpenGLTexture::ResampleToPowerOfTwo doesn't
support size of 1
Description: 
If the height (or width) of a texture is 1px, the closest power of 2 is
naturally 1, however, hy (or hx) is set to -1.#IND000000.
