[vtk-developers] git gerrit-merge?

I tried this:

[doriad at localhost VTK]$ git gerrit-merge

but got :

git: 'gerrit-merge' is not a git command. See 'git --help'.

I have run the SetupForDevelopment.sh script - isn't this supposed to supply
the gerrit-merge command?
