Unfortunately I do not know of any live online VTK classes. You can find
some slides from a brick and mortar class here:
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Presentations

Paired with http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx , you should be able to
get a good start. If you have any questions as you go along, please feel
free to send them to the mailing list (but please use the users list, this
is the developers list).
