I suppose I should have mentioned the motivation. This is so that I
can use vtkLine in vtkBox.

Also, I think it just makes sense to have all of these fundamental
objects together. I believe there is an upcoming effort to reorganize
some things (is there a schedule for this?) - A good definition of
"Filtering" and "Common" would be a nice first step.
