[vtk-developers] Git setup for cmake/ctest/cdash projects

I believe you have to set.. there two

SET(UPDATE_COMMAND "${GITCOMMAND}")
SET(UPDATE_OPTIONS "${GIT_UPDATE_OPTIONS}")
