[vtk-developers] Compiler error with TestGroupLeafVertices.cxx and #include "vtkTreeMapViewer.h"

Hi all,

I've been experimenting with eliminating some VTK build options I don't
need and managed to have some combination where I get a compiler error
(VTK CVS):

Infovis/Testing/Cxx/TestGroupLeafVertices.cxx

has an:

#include "vtkTreeMapViewer.h"

But this file doesn't seem to exist.  Commenting out the include allows
everything to compile & link.
