[vtk-developers] [vtkusers] Compile Bug in VTK 5.6

Brad, can you remove the end-of-line whitespace from
Utilities/vtksqlite/vtk_sqlite3.c?  After that is done, I can send the
other fixes to you as a compact patch file (probably not until Tuesday
though).
