[vtk-developers] Deteriorating performance of the build arkadia.kitware

Hello,

It's not due to cmake. It started getting bad when I updated arkadia
from Ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10. It's always pretty much the same subset of
tests failing, never C++ tests, but only some tcl or python tests. I
look forward for Ubuntu 10.04 :-)
