[vtk-developers] BestFitPlane function for vtkPlane

[Biddiscombe, John A.]

vtkPlane is in Common, but references vtkDataSet which is in Filtering. Windows builds using DLL's are now broken. (Client Server wrappers for paraview have CommonClientServer pulling in FilteringClientServer)
