This test has been failing on our build machines also, for so long that
we disabled the test long ago. :(

Since there seems to be a lot of interest in cleaning up tests... here
are the tests we are currently suppressing:

^TestTranslucentLUTDepthPeelingPass$
^TestTranslucentLUTTextureDepthPeeling$
^TestGaussianBlurPass$

^TestTStripsNormalsColorsTCoords

These machines all have the newest drivers for their OS, so if the fault
is the drivers, I guess they'll need to stay suppressed.
