[vtk-developers] Examples/Medical3 crash help

Hi Bill, I am not sure if anyone has tried to debug this for you yet so here
goes. This is just a backtrace I collected. My first guess would be some
broken GL/driver/mesa issue. Let me know if you would like me to try
anything else.

Also further examining the list of failing machines. Most of them are really
old macs that have notoriously poor graphics capabilities or Kevin Hobbs's
machines that are all running development version of Mesa.
