[vtk-developers] New LIC Code needs attention

Folks,

The recently added LIC code needs attention. For example, the test
TestImageDataLIC2D

is failing on almost 15 nightly builds. When I run on my PC, I get
lots of shader program errors. I also get warnings about
GL_ARB_draw_buffers not being supported.
