[vtk-developers] Build VTK without Cmake

Hi,

 

Can I build VTK without Cmake?

In fact, I want to use VTK under VS 2005. I want to load a csproj containing
header and c++ VTK files. Then, I want to build VTK using VC compiler.

 

Have you any idea?
