[vtk-developers] Fix vtk_exodus2_mangle.h now please

This is fixed.

I first fixed the dependency mechanism:
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/viewUpdate.php?buildid=384172

Later, I reapplied the patch on vtk_exodus2_mangle.h:
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/viewUpdate.php?buildid=384188

There is no error on the dashboard due to the new revision vtk_exodus2_mangle.h
