[vtk-developers] Medical Annotation widgets in vtk

Hi all,

In our medical imaging software based on qt/vtk we need to add 2d
annotations to vtk images. We need images for annotation like elipse,
freehand, circle, cross etc. Since, this is common task for medical imaing
software, I am just wondering if somebody has already written an opensource
api over vtk for this puropose. Please let me know if someone knows of such
an api.
