[vtk-developers] case sensitivity and CVS

Done.

So in VTK CVS the file is 'readme' and in freetype CVS it is 'README'. 
This is bound to bite me again.  Would it be problematic to:
 - remove 'readme'
 - wait a few days so all dashboards delete it locally
 - commit 'README'
