[vtk-developers] Wiki Examples - commited a fix

Don't forget now.... We've just recently made a new printing (not quite out
yet) of the VTK Users' guide. You might want to just double check in there
to make sure the text is still valid w.r.t. these proposed changes....

(I think we've tried to weed out path names and what not from the text, but
a quick glance through figure captions and examples in the text itself might
point out some things that we might be better off *not* renaming....)
