[vtk-developers] Categories for Examples

David,

Can you provide a listing of all the examples (as a csv file) on the
wiki along with their current heading on the wiki? This might give a
better idea about how to organize them.

If you do this, I'll make up a spreadsheet to guide us through the
integration process.
