[vtk-developers] bug 8513, updating freetype; need Windows dev to help

It seems that every C++ file was generated from a font file also
available in the same directory VTK/Rendering/fonts .
Example: face_arial_bold.cxx has a reference to "uagd8a.pfb" in the
comment and the file uagd8a.pfb is also in the directory.

It was probably generated from the script bin2c.tcl

I guess just giving the *.pfb files in VTK/Rendering/fonts is what you
want to do, right?
