[vtk-developers] Patch for NaN and Inf in vtkMath

[Moreland, Kenneth]

A few weeks ago I solicited some advice on how to implement IsNan in vtkMath.  Based on advice from Brad King, I have the attached patch that improves upon and adds to the methods handling NaN and Inf in a way that I hope is portable.  Does anyone have thoughts on committing this?
