Working from CVS, I'm not finding this header file and getting errors  
trying to compile:

vtkSocketCommunicator.cxx: In member function ‘int

vtkSocketCommunicator.cxx:420: error: ‘vtkSocketCommunicatorHash’ was  
not declared in this scope


Can someone enlighten me? (and maybe cc me directly)
