Hi,

There are some assumptions that Qt 4 is being used when VTK_USE_QT is 
turned on.
So I get cmake errors at least when trying it with Qt 3.  There's code 
in QVTK that still supports Qt 3.

So is Qt 3 support going to be dropped?  Or do we need to add more 
conditionals to keep supporting it?
Either way, the cmake files need some fixing.
