[vtk-developers] How do I contribute a reader for ParaView / VTK?

I have a project coming along in a few months (not sure exactly when), 
that will require OpenFOAM, and when the time comes, I'll gladly take 
over. I have been following the discussion, but not volunteering to help 
with anything due to current commitments.
