Burlen, you are right, there is the error on dash6 with
vtkExodusIIWriter. I was looking at the output of this test on arkadia
(where parallel is off, so vtkExodusIIWriter is not compiled).

"ndfabia" has actually two tests to fix regarding vtkExodusIIWriter.
