[vtk-developers] Please fix your errors as soon as they appear

I'm adding "ndfabia" to the list:

"otherPrint" test crashes because vtkExodusIIWriter::PrintSelf calls
this->ModelMetadata->PrintSelf() but this->ModelMetadata is NULL.
