[vtk-developers] VTK 5.0.4 still shows a volume stereo problem

Hi,
in the CVS version, more or less 6 months ago, you have fixed a bug on the
stereo visualization (crystaleyes) when volumes are displayed in the 3D
scene. 

Since then, you have released several new versions of VTK but the bug is
still fixed only on the CVS version (that I regularly use). 
Is it possible to release a patch for the 5.0.4 version in order to fix this
hoary problem?
