[vtk-developers] Patch for vtkFFMPEGWriter.cxx

This is a patch for vtkFFMPEGWriter.cxx which fixes a compile error with 
libavformat version 52 and up, caused by changes in the API of that library.

It checks the version of the library so it should still compile with 
older versions, but maybe someone can check that? The patched version 
passes TestFFMPEGWriter. (The unpatched version simply does not compile).
