[vtk-developers] Write access to VTK CVS temporarily removed

Hi folks,

I removed write access to VTK CVS for a few days. We will clean the
dashboard, branch for 5.2 and then I will reopen the repository. If
you have any dashboard fixes, please send them to one of the following
release janitors:

* Berk Geveci
* David Cole
* Utkarsh Ayachit
* Jeff Baumes

Happy not committing.

PS: Read access should work as it was. Please let me know if you run
into any issues.
