Yes the first thing I did was check that X11 was being found. I also 
checked the cvs logs. Then I posted my fix as I don't have time to debug 
this as well as all my other problems. The system was working at 7.30 
this morning then I updated cmake and then the build stopped working. My 
intention was solely to alert others in case they had a similar problem. 
I didn't wipe the cache or do a make clean.
