[vtk-developers] Patch for Xcode 1.5/carbon on midworld about scalbl().

Hi all,

Well, looks like midworld and krondor are now working great.  Only the
OSCone and schwarzPython  tests are failing, and only with Carbon.  I
don't know why and I cannot repro on my PPC with 10.5.
