[vtk-developers] Patch for Xcode 1.5/carbon on midworld about scalbl().

The patch I applied on the Xcode1.5 header file itself yesterday worked on midworld with carbon on the last nightly build. I just reverted back to see what will happen tomorrow with your patch on vtkCarbonRenderWindow.h.
