[vtk-developers] New install framework

Hello,

As a part of the push for moving to CMake 2.4, I was suggesting that 
CMake 2.4's install mechanism is much more flexible and therefore more 
powerful. To start the momentum before the release of next version of 
VTK, I wrote the following Wiki page:

I am working on the same install conversion in ITK.
