[vtk-developers] Patches for PyQt v4 Support and a CATIA Interactor Style

Hi,

Attached are two patches against VTK v5.0.2.

The "qt4" patch adds a port to PyQt v4 of the existing PyQt v3 
QVTKRenderWindowInteractor.py module. It also adds mouse wheel support.

The "catia" patch adds an interactor style that emulates the user input style 
of the CATIA CAD (etc) system from Dassault Systemes.

Both patches are non-intrusive. The only changes to existing files are to the 
build system.
