[vtk-developers] Why vtkCollisionDetectionFilter can't ad d MFC application

hi:
   I add vtkCollisionDetectionFilter to MFC application,when i compile ,appering this error"fatal error C1010: unexpected end of file while looking for precompiled header directive".
I add "#include "stdafx.h"" at the top of vtkCollisionDetectionFilter.cxx, when i Compile,appering another error"error C2872: 'ostream' : ambiguous symbol".
Could you tell me,why?
