[vtk-developers] bug fix for tcl example

/Examples/GUI/Tcl/ImageTracerWidget.tcl
still has a few bugs after reverting
from SetInputConnection to SetInput.
Has the all clear been sounded yet for
(non-kitware) developers to check in????
