[vtk-developers] vtkRenderWindow <-> vtkRenderWindowInteractor reference loop

There is some old code written before the garbage collector was around
to handle the reference loop between vtkRenderWindow and its interactor.
Any objections to obliterating this code and replacing it with the
garbage collector?
