[vtk-developers] Incorrect checkins into Wrapping/Python: a, plea for communication!

Well, as I said earlier, users might import your code once it is
available.  If that makes sense vtktesting is OK (by me).  If not,
maybe Utilities is the place for these scripts.  Perhaps
Utilities/vtkTclTest2Python/ or something like that.
