[vtk-developers] New location for exodus libs and exodus reader

All,

The exodus libraries have been released under "...The  libraries are
licensed under the wxWindows license which is essentially the LGPL with
an exception stating that derived works in binary form may be
distributed on the user's own terms...."

I would like to put these libraries under VTK/Utilities/Exodus

Please let me know if anyone has issues with placing the Exodus
libraries in this location. I know the license isn't perfect but I don't
believe it's a hindrance either (if you can think of a case where it
is.. Please bring it up for the benefit of everyone...) 

I'm pushing for this because it means that Sandia's and Kitware's life
gets a LOT easier. :)
