[vtk-developers] Adding vtkLookupTable::{Set,Get}Table methods

Hi,

I'd like to know if you folks think it OK if I add a
vtkLookupTable::Set/GetTable pair of methods.  This can be used to set
the table directly using a vtkUnsignedCharArray object or even
manipulate the table.

If there are no objections I'll add this in a few days when I get the
chance.
