[vtk-developers] Tcl interpreter err

Experimental Borland builds Proximal & Superior:
static libs, MinSizeRel, Win2k & WinXP
respectively, are failing to run dashboard tests
due to  Tcl interpreter unable to find the
VTK packages, specifically:
couldn't load library "c:/Builder/Releases/vtkStatic/bin/vtkVolumeRenderingTCL.dll": this library or dependent library could not be found in library path
can't find package vtkVolumeRenderingTCL 4.5
can't find package vtkvolumerenderingTCL 4.5

However, the libs are being built and the
TCLLIBPATH var should not change. 
This maybe a result of the move of widgets
from Hybrid to Widgets? Not being a tcl expert,
I'm not sure where to look at fixing.
BTW, I notice that the only nightly bcc551 build,
ARRAKIS.kitware, does not run the full
dashboard (with tcl) tests and hence gives the
impression that all is well.
