[vtk-developers] Spamming in Wiki

Hi All,

Looks like the spammer is back. I wrote some scripts that help me remove
the bogus pages the person creates, but I guess I will not be nice any
more. I started to block the IPs where the spammer is coming from. So
far the IPs are:

221.219.63.211
221.219.56.198
66.249.65.73

The implications of this are that nobody from those IPs can see any web
page on Public and cannot download any file etc. They will receive e-mails.

Let me know if this affects anybody.
