Hi,

I just noticed that the vtkCarbonRenderWindow.cxx code sets the
default StereoType to 0 which does not correspond to any legal stereo
value.  Is there a reason why this is used?  Why not leave the value
at the default set by vtkRenderWindow.cxx which is
VTK_STEREO_RED_BLUE?
