[vtk-developers] New Pipeline

I have committed the changes to VTK so that the new pipeline is the only
pipeline. There will probably be some issues to work through for the next
few days so I would recommend that people avoid the VTK CVS for a few days
unless you are feeling adventurous. There is a pdf file in
VTK/Utilities/Upgrades with some instructions on using the new pipeline and
its design. It is a short file but as people ask questions we will update it
to be more complete.
