[vtk-developers] 4 node MPI test

Hello...

I checked in a test yesterday (DistributedData) that requires MPI and 4
processes.  Are there no nightly test platforms like this?  (Because it
didn't run, nor did the MPIGroups test which requires at least 4
processes.)  I can change it to a 2 process test, but running on 4 is a
better test of the code.
