	I have just commited a fix for:

Bug #93 - UnstructuredGrid::Locations array should be of type vtkIdTypeArray

This was a bug, but to fix it I had to break the API. Files concerned in 
VTK are:

	vtkUnstructuredGrid.cxx
	vtkUnstructuredGrid.h
	vtkClipDataSet.cxx
	vtkClipVolume.cxx
	vtkClipVolume.h
	vtkXMLPUnstructuredGridReader.cxx
	vtkXMLUnstructuredGridReader.cxx
