[vtk-developers] Error in gl2ps missing zlib.h in nightly VTK

I see that gl2ps was never fixed to work with the new zlib structure. I
turned it off in the CMakeCache and I'm OK. Not sure why I had ever turned
in on anyway. Looks like none of the nightlies use it.

Brad,
I know you changed the zlib stuff in VTK the other day. When I try to build
with .net I get an error compininig gl2ps that says it can't find zlib.h.

I must have to delete a secret file somewhere.
