[vtk-developers] Bug: CVS, CMake dependency loop?

Hi,

I just updated my VTK sources from CVS.  When I rebuild, it keeps
re-running cmake claiming

 Building CMakeCache.txt because out-of-date

It never gets around to building the sources.  The code in Utilities
does not have this problem.  I am running CMake 1.9.0 from CVS updated
a couple of weeks ago.
