[vtk-developers] Can I add a vtk2xml.py to Utilities?

Hi,

I just wrote a simple python based script that can convert an existing
old format VTK data file to the new XML file format (serial format).
Only scalars, vectors and tensors are supported for now.  Can I add
this file to Utilities?
